Your satisfaction with our products and services is of the utmost importance to us at Pirnar, so it goes without saying that you will have our full support in resolving any issues you may encounter.

If you need help or support with your front door, please contact your Pirnar sales partner from whom you ordered the door.

If for any reason you are unable to contact your Pirnar sales partner, please fill in the form on the right and we will contact you as soon as we possibly can. It would be a great help to us if you were also able to send us an image of the CE sticker/QR code that you should find located on the door as per the diagram below.

How do I find a CE sticker or QR code?

Please fill out the following form completely.

Our support team will contact you as soon as possible.

If you do not have an order number, please attach an image of the CE sticker/ QR code that is located on the door sash near the top hinge (see diagram).

If you purchased your Pirnar door before 2011 then simply enter: PPR 2010 – 01234

   

   

Your personal information will be used for the sole purpose of fulfiling our contractual and after-sales obligations to you (e.g.: service) and we will only keep it until the end of our mutually agreed warranty period.
